Purgatory is a state of existence we’ve all felt over the past year and a half, seeing our hopes, desires, social routines and mental health sidelined. But the Cambridgeshire based grind merchants have managed to channel these frustrations into their most ripping, furious and cutthroat set of songs yet, born from the burning desire to deliver their rage to the stage. From the moment you hit play you’ll be devoured into a whirlpool of frenzied riffs, animalistic performances and precision tight blasts, captured in suffocating and claustrophobic detail by James Burke at The Noise Cabin.
