My first full PR campaign. I began PR Trail in 2018, but my first year was spent writing press kits for artists. It was London based sludge metal band Everest Queen who actually talked me into scheduling an entire press run for their incredible debut album, Dead Eden. I had some ideas of how to bring this to light, but I didn’t have the experience yet. I threw in my hat on the positive encouragement from the band. I vividly remember how giddy I was when Kerrang! emailed me back to say they would be happy to review the album in their print magazine, and I was even more happy to see the album get a really positive review. I’ve stayed good friends with the band members of Everest Queen and I am so glad that they believed in me and encouraged me to take my skills further.
