London’s favourite supporters of forward thinking underground music CHAOS THEORY celebrate 15 years of chaos with their most ambitious annual festival yet. Taking place across two consecutive Saturdays over two different venues, Chaos Theory Festival 2025 boasts an eclectic and exciting line-up showcasing many of the best and brightest names from across the UK.
Day one showcases an exhilarating array of experimental and electronic tinged acts. Brighton’s best noisy electro-punk trio CLT DRP, the transcendental improvised ensemble Sly & The Family Drone, and electronic noise artist Aja Ireland performing her brand new album Cryptid – plus a first time live collaboration with producer UKAEA – concluding a showcase of boundary pushing sounds at Signature Brew Blackhorse Road. The following Saturday will step the heaviness up a gear with a plethora of cutting edge black metal, sludge, doom, hardcore, psychedelia and post-metal. No-nonsense blackened hardcore heroes Svalbard, plus ferocious and feral blackgaze bruisers Underdark will lead the pack at Camden’s iconic The Underworld.
