Uncompromising and feral post-black metal trio STILL announce their long-awaited sophomore full-length album A THEFT through emerging new UK label Floodlit Recordings – founded by PIJN guitarist and studio engineer Joe Clayton.
Breaking new boundaries of savagery, the Hull, UK based trio will follow up their impressive 2021 debut album with A Theft this November, distilling the band’s sound into their most intense and cutting set of songs yet. Expect an emotional and sonic onslaught of furious blistering blasting drums, angular dissonant guitar and tortured vocals, fighting through a constant dark foreboding atmosphere. Still’s cutthroat performances and nuanced compositions have been captured in fine textured detail by Joe Clayton at No Studio in Manchester (home of recordings by Bossk, Mastiff, Underdark, Wode, Wallowing and many more).
Listen to first single ‘Small Mercies Of Falling Apart’ and pre-order A Theft now on Vinyl, CD and Digital formats.

A Theft will be released on November 15th on limited run Vinyl variants, CD and Tape formats featuring hand-printed and assembled artwork. Still will be the first band outside of Pijn to release new music on Floodlit Recordings.

A Theft follows the trio’s widely acclaimed 2021 debut album { }.
Still performed at ArcTanGent Festival 2022 and have embarked on joint headlining tours with both Wallowing and TORPOR. The trio have shared stages with like-minded artists including Agriculture, Glassing, Ashenspire, Hexis, Dawn Ray’d, Wren, Calligram, Hundred Year Old Man, Hidden Mothers and many more.
